Responsibilities:

Organization and coordination of the transport of goods in accordance with the needs of clients.

Monitoring and optimization of transport routes for efficiency and cost reduction.

Communication with drivers and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Management of documentation related to the transport and insurance of goods.

Solving problems and unforeseen situations during transport.

Cooperation with other departments within the company to improve services.

Qualifications:

Higher education or relevant work experience in logistics.

Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office suite.

Experience in working with transport and logistics software is an advantage, the possibility of employment even without experience.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of the English language and knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems under tight deadlines.
