Educational Support Officer

As an Educational Support Officer for the children's division, you will play an essential role in supporting the activities of the educational department. You will collaborate closely with the teachers, the management team and our clients to ensure the efficient running of courses and educational events for children. The organization and running of courses and events supported by International House teachers for children; Managing the inventory and necessary teaching materials; Monitoring and updating customer databases and teachers; Ensuring effective communication between departments and maintaining an adequate filing system; Collecting and managing the necessary information during the courses; Involvement in the recruitment process and organizing recruitment and retention events; Providing administrative support and solutions for improving processes internal.
