Are you a sergeant and do you want to be the most experienced group leader in an HBU platoon? Are you professionally strong, proactive and willing to be a role model for the conscripts and your commanding officer colleagues? Can you possibly see yourself as a Master Sergeant and NK/DEL in the foreseeable future? Then you are the one we are looking for at the 1st Army's Basic Training Company at the 2nd Logistics Battalion. About HBU The 1st Army's Basic Training Companies are part of the 2nd Logistics Battalion at the Training Regiment. The companies are focused units with the primary task of training conscript personnel and recruiting them to GSU, MP and HRU. The Army's Basic Training Companies attach great importance to all commanders living up to their responsibilities as professional soldiers, and at the same time possessing a high will to cooperate in a very busy everyday life. The commanders in the companies are known for a professional and proactive approach to the work as a soldier, where good attitude, discipline, good physical shape and professional pride are a matter of course. We place great emphasis on job satisfaction, positivity and motivating and developing service. About the position The position is at 1 HBUKMP. GF 1 is the experienced sergeant in the division, who optimally comes with experience from HRU and SRS. Through the power of example, the sergeant is a role model and mentor for younger commanders. As GF 1, you are responsible for your group being educated cf. the learning and lesson plans for HBU. Furthermore, GF 1 is seen as a strong support for both DF and NKDEL in terms of maintaining the right professionalism, discipline and attitude in the division. As GF 1, you will also have smaller subject teacher roles and it is expected that you are proactive in your role and create the framework and prerequisites for your colleagues to achieve a good level in the lessons. GF 1 must be seen as the professional and experiential sparring partner for new commanders and who focuses on supporting their development as leaders and leaders. The working day is structured and the training curriculum is given in advance, but you will get as broad a framework as possible in relation to how the tasks are carried out in daily life, in cooperation with the rest of the divisions. You must also expect a busy everyday life when there are conscripts, 12 practice days plus three days in the shooting period per six months and that there are long rest periods after each shift. As an experienced sergeant, the GF 1 position is a natural stepping stone to becoming NK/DEL and appointed chief sergeant, and during your service as GF 1 we will create the framework for you to develop professionally to compete for the position. The position has permanent service in Aalborg at Aalborg barracks. About you You are an experienced sergeant who is ready to become a senior sergeant within a short number of years. You have great energy and desire to recruit, create and shape the new commanders and future constables in the army. You work in a structured way and are holistically and future-oriented so that, in collaboration with the other regular staff, you create a good working and development climate. You must also hold a driving license for B and optimally C. It is preferred that you have Military Physical Trainer I and/or the first aid training FSK 260, and have been retrained for truck terrain 1, if you have a C driving licence. Terms of employment The position is a sergeant's position on collective agreement terms. The position can be filled with a civil servant. Salary etc. is regulated by the LC/CO10 collective agreement and organizational agreement between the Ministry of Defense's Personnel Agency, CO10 and the Central Association for Stamp Personnel for regular personnel of the line and the reserve as well as students in the Ministry of Defense and associated authorities. Your permanent place of duty will be in Aalborg. As an employee in the Ministry of Defence's area, you are covered by some special conditions. You must, among other things, could be security cleared and maintain the security clearance throughout the employment process. As an employee, you have a duty to perform service outside the country's borders, including with units in international operations with a view to participating in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peacemaking, humanitarian and other similar operations. Employment is conditional on you passing the Armed Forces' basic physical requirements and being declared fully fit for deployment in international operations through health and dental assessments. Our units are primarily located in Aalborg and Vordingborg, but we also house units in a number of garrisons almost all over the country.
