Job Description
Are you driven by providing quality advice and HR sparring, and do you find legal issues exciting? Are you passionate about contributing quality, curiosity and flexibility to a team of dedicated and proud colleagues, where keywords such as service, quality and development are in focus? Then maybe it's you we're looking for.
We are looking for a colleague who sees opportunities rather than limitations and who understands that service is at least as important behind the scenes as it is out front with our guests. We provide HR to all the hotels in the group and engage in close collaboration with managers and middle managers on a daily basis, just as we support the employees.
As an HR Business Partner, you ensure a high quality in management sparring in everything from legal issues to employee development. It is expected that you work independently and take ownership of your tasks. Since you have a large contact surface in the organization, it is important that you are motivated by making a difference to others.
Your main areas of responsibility:
Provide legal assistance in employee matters
Act as a sparring partner for the organization and assist and advise the managers as well as support where needed.
Teach on e.g. induction days for new employees
Run and further develop our student academy
Run and develop our internal training program Comwell College.
Have a proactive focus on the working environment and ensure the right efforts and spar with the hotels. In addition, participate in working environment networks under the auspices of Dansk Erhverv.
Develop and anchor a new recruitment strategy, including our external employer branding.
Assist in recruitment with e.g. test feedback
Participate in the development of our digital onboarding
Our expectations for you
We are a small department with a big drive. We have in common that we love to make a difference to our colleagues. We do this by being accessible, service-oriented, business-oriented and quality-conscious.
It is therefore crucial that you are curious about the daily life in the hotels and in the other staff functions and have a natural desire to play your closest colleagues and thus the employees in the operation better. You don't get overwhelmed when tasks come flying in from left and right, and you thrive on things going fast at times. You will have both long-term and short-term tasks.
We expect you to:
Has a minimum of 5 years' experience from a similar position, particularly with advice and sparring for managers in operations.
Takes independent responsibility for your work areas and projects
Adapts to changing circumstances and is flexible in your approach to your tasks
Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
Has experience from a similar role and is used to keeping you up to date with and advising on applicable legislation and relevant agreements
Thrives with things going fast
Are flexible with your time so you can be there for the hotels when they need it.
We offer
You will be part of an organization where we mean it when we say that there is a high degree of freedom under responsibility, and where we expect mutual trust from each other. Your base will be in Kolding together with the other HR and Sustainability department, which has a total of 8 people incl. you. We place a high value on presence and relationships, and we are present where we are needed, which is why you should expect that in a typical working week you will spend 1-2 days at our hotels spread across the country.
We dream big and always have a project in the pipeline. Our focus is that everything we do must bring value to the organization and make a difference for our colleagues.
We believe that going to work should be nice and fun, and this is reflected in our framework and collegiality. We look forward to you coming and leaving your mark on your own and our common everyday life.
The position is 37 hours per week and typically Monday-Friday within normal working hours. However, you must expect that the daily working hours may vary depending on where your base is on the day in question, which places demands on your flexibility.
Do you want to come on board?
The position is expected to be filled by 1 June 2025.
For more information about the position, please contact HR Manager Benedikte Posthumus on tel. [phone removed].
