We are looking for a responsible and organizationally skilled colleague who will take over the supervision of the operation and maintenance of our modern office building (the management of the building is provided by an external company) and will support the Senior Project Manager in the implementation of development projectů_x000D_

Project management:_x000D_
• Your task will be cooperation in the investment construction team on very interesting projects_x000D_
• Cooperation with a senior colleague during all phases of real estate development (preparation, selection management, implementation, approval)._x000D_
• Work in the field: participation in inspection days, negotiations, etc._x000D_
Responsibility for the technical operation of the office building Red Court Prague KarlÃn._x000D_
• Roughly 20% of the time fund_x000D_
• Management and control of the performed work of the company's supplier facility._x000D_
• Management of other suppliers - fire equipment, cleaning services, technical administration, etc._x000D_
• Coordination of planned / unplanned repairs and maintenance of construction and technological units on the equipment / building._x000D_
• Participating in the preparation of the technical and operating budget and monitoring its drawing/adherence._x000D_
• Participation in emergency situations and crisis situations._x000D_
• Approving and issuing orders, checking invoices, communicating with the accounting and financial department._x000D_
• Regular reporting to company management_x000D_

• Construction, ideal university education._x000D_
• Experience as PM min. 2 years, experience as a transporter of construction of a reception hall._x000D_
• Experience with facility management or technical management of building operations is an advantage._x000D_
