Tasks
Daily monitoring of the metrics of the production area supported by the engineer, which can be traced back to technical content
During production processes and/or tool development, execution and preparation of tests and activities and management of related data.
Analysis of data and circumstances in case of non-conformities or negative trends
Gathering information about technical problems, the condition and capabilities of tools and equipment, and deviations from production documentation
Coordination of tests and special assignments in cooperation with partner departments
Continuous contact with the adjusters and group leaders of the supervised production area
Participation in product relocation and product introduction projects
Participation in the handling of internal blockings, customer complaints and the implementation of measures
Monitoring of maintenance activities, participation in defining maintenance tasks
Coordination of area technologists
Support for internal and external audits
Review and administration of production documentation
