The tasks of our new colleague will be
- Full implementation of relevant legislation, official and Company regulations at designated duty station.
- Ensuring on-site supervision and passenger information in connection with preplanned and operative extraordinary events and track closures.
- In case of replacement of HÉV transport by bus, participation in the traffic control of the replacement buses, operative provision of connections between HÉV and the replacement bus, informing passengers.
- Participation in the operational organization of bus transport in the event of a traffic disruption for replacement buses.
- Maintaining contact with traffic jammers, traffic personnel and drivers of replacement buses.
- Management of service documents related to the transport of substitute buses, making the required reports.
- Carrying out passenger traffic measurements.
- Participation in the investigation process of social intoxication.
- Monitoring the condition of passenger information surfaces in the HÉV area. Regular control of vehicle and service quality defined by the Public Service Contract.
- Commenting and rating the parts of the technical and infrastructure area that affect traffic management.
What is needed to fill the job role
- secondary education
- User-level knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
- general traffic exam (in the absence of this, start internal traffic training within 6 months after admission and successfully complete it according to the training schedule) - - ability to adapt to moderately heavy physical load, work under changing working environment conditions and increased psychological load
