motivated Road Assistance Agents (m/f/d)
in Athens. You will be the first point of contact for drivers who encounter technical problems on the road - from breakdowns to repairs. 🌍💼
Your tasks:
You answer calls and emails about breakdown cases (e.g. flat tires, engine problems) and create cases in the CRM system. 📞💻
You initiate solutions by contacting dealers, technicians or third-party providers - for repairs or towing services. 🚗🔧
You process customer inquiries about products, services, appointments and complaints. 🛠️📅
Your profile:
You have experience in customer service or technical support. 👨‍💻👩‍💻
You have a good technical understanding and find solutions quickly. 🔧🧠
You work in a solution-oriented manner and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. 🧘‍♂️
