Job DescriptionAdecco, a world leader in the area of ​​Human Resources, as part of its partnership with a prestigious air conditioning solutions company, is recruiting a Maintenance Contract Manager (M/F), for the Lisbon area.Description/Functions:- Management of maintenance contracts in the Civil Construction area;
- Follow-up meetings with the client;
- Survey of needs on the ground;
- Preparation of technical-commercial proposals;
- Coordination of teams in the field;
- Control of operational costs. Requirements: - Minimum professional experience of 3 years;
- Technical knowledge and proven operational experience;
- Ability to organize work with method and rigor;
- Availability for technical and customer visits;
- Experience in the areas of maintenance of buildings and infrastructures (Conservation and Repair of Civil Construction). Offers: - Employment contract with Adecco Human Resources with the possibility of integration with the client;
