Position Responsibilities:
Execution of production schedule and ensuring its adherence.
Construction and production of houses according to the technical specifications.
Technical control of constructions for quality assurance.
Supervise the work of the department and ensure smooth operation.
Management and guidance of the production team.
Training and development of staff skills.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules in the workplace.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in T.E.I. Engineering or Building Materials.
2-4 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Autocad knowledge desired.
Good command of the English language.
Teamwork, responsibility and communication skills.
Flexibility in employment schedule.
