For our partner, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the following position due to expansion: HR generalist Duties Active participation in recruitment for both mental and physical positions; Labor tasks related to new entrants and exiters; Management and correction of access system/time data; Preparation of payroll; Preparation of data services, reports and statistics; Issuance of employer and other certificates; Daily contact and complaint handling with employees. Expectations Relevant professional experience gained in a similar field at a manufacturing or production company; Up-to-date knowledge of labor law; Experience in payroll preparation; Active English language skills at communication level (written, spoken); Higher education; MS Office user-level knowledge; License; Determined, confident action; Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; Accurate, precise work; Dynamic, cheerful personality.
