Coordinating Engineer - Retail, Office & Industrial Projects

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating retail construction works, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards. You will work closely with the execution teams, architects, suppliers and beneficiaries, being a key point in the implementation of the projects. Your role will involve both office work (adaptation/modification of plans, planning, budgeting, documentation management) as well as regular visits to the site, to ensure that everything is performance according to plan.? Main Responsibilities:✅ Coordinating construction work for retail/office/industrial projects, from the planning phase to completion.✅ Prioritizing and managing volumes of work, adapting to changes and optimizing execution.✅ Conducting site visits for surveying And identifying the necessary technical solutions.✅ Modifying and updating the situation plans in AutoCAD, transmitting the changes for approval and implementation.✅ Managing work budgets, estimating costs and optimizing resources.✅ Coordinating the implementation of the works, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.✅ Ensuring a effective communications between the execution teams, architects, suppliers and beneficiaries.✅ Monitoring the progress of the works and identifying problems that could affect the execution.✅ Maintaining records of technical documentation and ensuring compliance with the regulations in force.?
