Do you want to be part of a rapidly developing company and one of the automotive industry's leading Danish players? Can you help workshops in the area around Horsens so that they get the right spare parts, IT solutions, equipment and concepts? Then maybe it's you we're missing!
Right now we are looking for a skilled and results-oriented customer manager to serve our professional customers in the automotive industry in East Jutland, based in our department in Horsens.

You will be associated with our au2parts department in Horsens, where you and your colleagues share knowledge and ideas so that we can offer our customers the solutions and products they need. You will be employed in a position where you will be responsible for the sale of spare parts, tools as well as IT concepts and utilities for the workshops, under the theme - so much MORE than spare parts
Advise customers to choose the right solutions
In order to be successful in the position, it is important that you are able to build good relationships with your customers. It is through knowing the customers that you know what they need. au2parts provides a very high and local service to our customers, which we want to continue with.
As a customer manager at au2parts, your primary tasks will be:
Plan and structure customer visits with new and existing customers
Read the customer's wishes and create value with your visit
Have a plan for a customer visit in the form of offers, optimization etc. based on the customer's wishes
Ensure that the customers have the right markup in CRM and the right discount structure based on purchase, focus, etc.
Register visits and note relevant information in CRM
Be active in relationship-building activities such as participation in the company's planned customer events, other company-related events and networking activities
Collect and share relevant industry, market and customer knowledge (competitor knowledge and monitoring) as well as share success stories
Dare to play each other well with constructive feedback
Be focused on development
Experience from the automotive industry or experience in sales
There are several entrances to the position. You can be a trained mechanic, have experience as a spare parts clerk or perhaps you have experience in sales in either the automotive industry or in another industry. However, it will be an advantage if you have experience within the automotive industry
You can familiarize yourself with your customers' everyday life, which enables you to understand which parts of our range you should offer them.
You are motivated to create growth and build good relationships - both on a daily basis and at events with your customers, where we e.g. participates in Historic Grand Prix, Classic Race, trade fairs, factory visits and social tours
Analytical and structured approach with a sense of effective planning
