Customer support is wanted for an exciting temporary maternity position

On behalf of a company that operates within tools, DIY products and do-it-yourself solutions, we are looking for a customer supporter for a full-time maternity leave starting 01/06.
As a customer supporter, you will become part of a dynamic and engaged organisation, where you will have a central role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work assignments

To be the link between our customer and their customers, as well as handling the primary contact between the company and stores
Receive and process customer inquiries in a timely manner and with a high level of service, including:
Product Inquiries
Complaints
Service Requests
Transport damage
Transport follow-up etc.
Other ad hoc tasks
Order processing and follow-up
Contact for logistics and storage
Creation of customers and maintenance of master data

Professional qualifications

Experience in a support/customer service function or other customer facing role
Good communication skills in Danish and English
Familiar with the MS Office suite and insight into digital tools that streamline support tasks
Knowledge of the ERP system Axapta (Microsoft Dynamics AX) is an advantage
Able to work in a structured and independent manner while enjoying being part of a dynamic team

Has a proactive approach and contributes with good ideas for optimizing processes
