Facility Operation Project Engineer

We are looking for a future colleague for the position of building operation project engineer for our partner: Facility Operator Project Engineer Duties Management and coordination of projects, especially the electrical segments; Preparation of projects, including the preparation and processing of construction plans, as well as the discovery and correction of possible errors with the designer; Compilation of material and equipment requirements, submission of investment requirements and technical supervision; Drafting and continuous monitoring of project plans, including monitoring schedules and costs; Requesting price offers, conducting a competition process and preparing for decision-making; Taking over completed works and carrying out warranty repairs; Proof of performance and initiation of payments; Support of the manager in the search for suppliers and documentation of projects; Daily activities include coordinating with contractors, tracking and documenting changes, monitoring work, and managing project-related documentation; Drafting of framework contracts, for example for electrical equipment, generators and fire alarm systems. Requirements Engineering degree; Relevant professional experience; Minimum conversational level of English.
