Key responsibilities of the position

Organizes the storage of goods, loading and unloading of goods in the sales facility

He is responsible for the state of stock in the sales facility

He is materially responsible for the condition of the goods in the sales facility

Monitors the state of stock and needs in the sales facility

He is responsible for the quick and economical handling of goods

Determines differences in relation to input and output documents

Verifies all warehouse documentation and reconciles it with the balance in accounting at least once a month

He is responsible for the up-to-dateness and accuracy of warehouse documentation, especially goods receipts, dispatch notes, calculations, records of determined differences according to inventory or due to damage.

In the case of objectively determined failures, breakages and breakages, he writes a report and proposes the write-off of the goods

He is responsible for the up-to-date keeping of the book of traffic records in the warehouse

He is responsible for the preparation of annual and control lists of the stock of goods in accordance with the law

He reports directly to the head of sales in the sales facility and, in cooperation with him, determines the dynamics of the delivery of goods and organizes the work of warehousemen of the sales facility, drivers and other employees

Work experience - one year in similar jobs
