PROJECT MANAGER - HIP_x000D_

Work load:_x000D_
Overall management and leadership of the assigned project: creation of a detailed project plan: set goals, schedule, budget and human resources (in-house designers or subcontractors)._x000D_
Processing, expert assessment and completion of documentation for building permits / building construction._x000D_
Cooperation with affected entities in the project:_x000D_
· investor - collecting the background for the project, which is divided into stages, sub-stages, phases,_x000D_
· construction - collecting information / background from the construction, presentation of completed parts of the project,_x000D_
· cooperation with designers - project subcontractors, their management and control,_x000D_
· cooperation with internal engineering - coordination of the engineering process._x000D_
Solving technical problems in the project and on the construction site. Work with a set work plan and schedule. Forecasting and monitoring of problematic cities, crisis situations and risky solutions._x000D_
Technical supervision: supervision of the implementation of technical aspects of the project, including validation of technical solutions._x000D_
Participation in the production of project documentation in all phases of the project_x000D_

What we expect:_x000D_
Experience in the implementation of buildings - knowledge of the design and implementation of building structures, ideally 5 - 10 years of experience in the field._x000D_
Appropriate education - VÅ/SÅ in the field of civil engineering._x000D_
Experience with project management, responsibility, persistence and courage to manage complicated projects._x000D_
Knowledge of Revit/ ArchiCAD/ AutoCAD software._x000D_
Knowledge of the English language (some colleagues speak English).
