Marketing assistant & promo coordinator (m/ž)

- planning and implementation of marketing activities for the HoReCa channel (hotels, restaurants, bars, night clubs)
- coordination of planned marketing activities with the marketing and sales team
- creating and maintaining relationships with customers in HoReCa channels
- proposing and coordinating the purchase of POS material that is coordinated with the marketing team according to the Brand guidelines and the needs of the field sales team
- coordination and communication of production of promotional materials (price lists, table stickers, flyers, etc.), from visual solutions and creation of designs with designers to production of materials in cooperation with suppliers
- working in the internal system, creating system purchase orders, creating orders for the output of POS materials and internal orders
- coordination with the logistics partner regarding POS materials
- preparation of reports, presentations and analysis on marketing activities
- regular internal presentation of planned and completed marketing activities
- participation and support in identifying key marketing opportunities, trends and competitor activities
- cooperation with internal departments of finance, logistics, sales, etc.
- visiting and going to the field for both channels as needed and writing reports for the same
- coordination and support in the organization of promotional events
- monitoring the implementation of the global S&R strategy for all marketing activities
