JOB DESCRIPTION:

He performs the work on a universal milling machine and a vertical planer.

Processes the surfaces of machine elements, both external and internal.

He performs all operations with standard and auxiliary tools.

He participates in the work to eliminate malfunctions on the milling machine and vertical planer.

Operates a column grinder when sharpening tools-knives for processing on a milling machine and planer.

Operates a machine saw in preparation for making new machine parts.

Works on universal lathes of all types.

Performs tasks of high complexity and precision on universal lathes.

It manufactures machine elements from all types of steel, non-ferrous metals, rubber, graphite, plastic, texpolite, etc. according to the drawing and sample.

Making the most complex tools with great precision.

Production of machine elements with additional devices such as mobile grinder, mobile polisher as well as auxiliary tools for polishing and cutting tools.

Preparation by machining the surface of parts for electrolytic deposition of nickel, copper and chromium.

Participates in the work to eliminate faults on universal lathes.

Operates a column grinder when sharpening a cutting tool for processing on a universal lathe.

Operates a machine saw in preparation for making new machine parts.

If necessary, he operates an EM crane with hanging controls for placing and removing heavier workpieces on the universal lathe, that is, on machine tools, as well as when manipulating heavier workpieces in the workshop.

Handles hand and power tools (hand sander, drill, etc.).

Performs intermediate control and final control of the work items it creates.

Maintains the cleanliness and hygiene of his work area.

Performing other tasks as ordered in accordance with professional and work skills, work and safety procedures
