Quality assurance engineer
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced new employee for the position.
Your task will be:
Operation and development of the quality assurance system
Continuous monitoring and control of production processes to ensure adequate quality
Follow-up, control, analysis of laboratory tests, screening for non-conformities
Keeping the required records, ensuring traceability
Regular review of process descriptions and product specifications
Compliance with quality requirements, continuous training of employees
Processing and investigation of complaints, taking corrective measures
Active participation in process and product development
Participation in external and internal audits, professional representation of the company in official inspections
Preparation of reporting and statistics for management
Up-to-date knowledge and continuous monitoring of the relevant laws and regulations
Our expectations:
Advanced specialized education
At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance at a manufacturing company
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
Knowledge of ISO 2200, IFS, BRC
Determined, flexible and result-oriented personality
Reliability, high degree of precision, load capacity
Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Analytical skills related to quality problems in production processes
Proactive attitude, continuous need for development
