Commercial technical officer

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Commercial Technical Officer in a renowned company_x000D_

The main content of your daily work will be:_x000D_
Order specification, order receipt, discount setting, price check, order confirmation._x000D_
Preparation of orders for deliveries - work with delivery notes, cooperation with the warehouse manager on direct deliveries from Germany for construction._x000D_
Communication with clients regarding requests and offers, work with 3D archive, preparation of offers and calculations._x000D_
Handling complaints, cooperation with technicians in their handling._x000D_
Preparation and issuing of credit notes, refundable invoices, direct debits and deposit invoices, tracking and monitoring and management of receivables._x000D_
Tracking of orders in the warehouse - monitoring of long-stored orders and their subsequent dispatch._x000D_
Communication with manufacturing plants and sellers - actively answering questions and problems related to production and sales._x000D_
Support of the sales network - support of the sales network when solving technical ambiguities._x000D_
Requirements:_x000D_
SÅ or VÅ education (technical direction preferred)_x000D_
Experience in the field of business administration, technical products or construction welcome_x000D_
A good knowledge of the German language is a requirement (this is about the written form and understanding of the text, which concerns in particular the description of the individual components)_x000D_
Diligence and ability to organize work well_x000D_
Knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, working with databases)_x000D_
Communicative and team spirit_x000D_
Customer orientation and willingness to meet their requirements._x000D_
