We are looking for an
Operations & Key Account Manager
to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, Serbia.
As an Operations & Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the day-to-day 3PL operations of logistics services. Do you have a strong background in contract logistics, customs warehousing, customs clearance, last mile, transport in Serbia? Operations & Key Account Manager plays a key role in developing and maintaining business relationships with customers in the logistics industry, as well as in organizing and implementing logistics solutions tailored to customer needs.
Responsibility:
Planning and management of logistics, coordination and optimization of supply chains, transport and warehousing.
Ensuring safety
, Implementation of measures for the protection and security of OHS in logistics.
Overcoming Challenges

Solving challenges that arise during operations.
Addressing regulators

Success in adapting to regulations and legal requirements.
Technical Support

Team Management

Coordinating and Managing a Team to Execute Operations Efficiently
Operating cost management, Overview and reduction of logistics costs.
Quality and service, Ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.
Communication with clients, Coordination with clients and internal team.
Implementation of technologies, introduction and management of software and technologies for efficient logistics management.
Maintaining customer relationships, Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Client Management, Coordinating with clients regarding their needs and wants.
Control and monitoring, Monitoring of customer performance and production of reports.
Troubleshooting, Quick troubleshooting and providing customer support.
Service requests, Analysis and satisfaction of customer requests for additional services.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. A degree in supply chain/logistics will be considered as an asset.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
Knowledge of the customs clearance procedure will be considered a plus.
Good knowledge of English.
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others.
