Operations Performance Lead

Operations Performance Lead Feladatok Work with the Global Operations Performance Lead and Global SMEs to consult on global initiatives. Bringing the voice of the customer to global initiatives to benefit the deployment of any global initiatives locally. Conduct Service Reviews to identify opportunities to improve service quality and day-to-day delivery. Undertake Process Evaluation identifying areas where the targeted process metrics are not reached via audits and maturity assessments. Define specific initiatives aimed at improving quality of the services and process based on the results of Service Reviews and Process Evaluation. Own the Continuous Improvement forums and governance developing excellent relationships with customer counterparts and ensuring initiatives satisfy all relevant approval process. Identify opportunities for customer specific innovation projects related to sustainability and technology working with the Global aand Local SMEs to develop proposals. Document continual service improvement and innovation projects including the measurable output of deployed improvements/projects. Champion innovative solutions on the account, leveraging the company and industry best practice. Lead process efficiency solutions to create tangible P& L improvements with country and account teams. Manage process/track progress regarding improvement and cost savings projects and initiatives, verifying if initiatives are proceeding according to plan and introducing corrective measures where necessary. Develop and maintain the Procedure Manuals ensuring improvement initiatives are reflected within the Procedure Manual. Own the operational risk management process for the key account, including Business Continuity Plan testing.
