Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an operations manager who will be a key support in the organization and management of our team's daily business activities. The ideal candidate is a person with experience in operational management, decision-making ability and excellent organizational skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Managing teams and coordinating with other departments to achieve operational goals.

Monitoring and optimization of work processes, resources and time.

Reporting on results and KPIs, as well as suggesting improvements.

Quality control of services/products and solving operational problems.

Management of inventory, logistics and budgets related to operational activities.

Implementation of company policies and procedures at the operational level.

Supporting the team in solving daily challenges and maintaining a positive working atmosphere.

Profile of the ideal candidate:

Experience in similar jobs (minimum 2 years).

Expressed organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in short order.

Developed communication and team motivation skills.

Computer skills (MS Office and other tools).

Desirable: Knowledge of working in [industry, e.g. hospitality, production].
