Responsibilities: Plans, organizes and controls the specific activities and flows of goods in the transport node; Ensures compliance with the rules and working procedures in the activity of distribution, transport, storage and handling; Ensures communication with the internal transport team and subcontracted transporters and monitors their activity; Supervises loading/unloading activities in/from means of transport, inspects the way the goods are arranged in the premises, ensuring specific thermal conditions; Checks if each transport is carried out only on the basis of valid accompanying documents (delivery slip, tax invoice, notice of accompanying goods, minutes of delivery - receipt, as the case may be); It is ensured that the drivers comply with the procedures for the operation, maintenance and verification of the vehicles; Completes the entry and exit registers of the units transiting the transport node on a daily basis; Daily reports the deviations found following the processes of unloading, loading and analysis of the documents of the vehicles transport, the condition of the goods and the transport conditions. Administers the activity and operating conditions of the transport node.
