JOB DESCRIPTION:

management of a group of operators - organizing work in the production line and control of operator performance

preparing a list of operations based on the technical specification of the garment

measurement of the duration of each production operation and analysis of deviations from the standard

analysis and testing of existing work methods and proposing new ones in order to increase efficiency

preparation of reports for data analysis

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

higher degree of professional education in any direction

knowledge of the Microsoft Excel program, and knowledge of working in other Microsoft Office programs is desirable

exceptional analytical, mathematical, organizational and communication skills

intermediate knowledge of the English language is desirable

previous work experience is not necessary, training is provided in Kikinda

coping with individual and team work

willingness to work in two shifts
