workload_x000D_
responsibility for the technical and economic preparation of longer construction parts_x000D_
creation of price offers according to project documentation and budget_x000D_
checking the draft of the technical request for orders and the statement dimension_x000D_
work with the construction budget during all phases of the project_x000D_
requests for subcontractors, analysis of offers and orders, inventory of materials, set delivery of materials_x000D_
communication with subcontractors in connection with price offers, contractual conditions and implementation dates_x000D_
management and updating of longer construction selection schedules_x000D_
calculation of project changes during implementation_x000D_
processing calculations for client changes_x000D_
processing the estimate of investment costs of the upcoming orders_x000D_
We require_x000D_
completion of SÅ /VÅ  in the field of construction_x000D_
User knowledge of PC Word, Excel (tables, graphs, %, etc.)_x000D_
orientation in project documentation, drawings, construction budget_x000D_
technical thinking and attention to detail_x000D_
consistency, responsibility, analytical and logical thinking_x000D_
Time flexibility_x000D_
I like to learn new things_x000D_
It's an advantage_x000D_
experience in a similar position for at least 1 year_x000D_
contacts and experience with suppliers and service providers_x000D_
knowledge of budget programs (e.g. KROS)_x000D_
