An intern is wanted for the temp and recruitment industry at JKS in Randers

For Denmark's largest temp and recruitment company, we are looking for an intern for our department in Randers starting in August 2025. This is an internship period of 4-6 months, which is adapted to your education course. The final project and any exams are taken into account. There is also the possibility of writing a project in collaboration with us. So, are you interested in the recruitment industry and the Danish business community? About the job:
One of your tasks will be to find the best and most competent candidates on the market for our customers. Your tasks will also include handling incoming applications, as well as communication with relevant candidates about open positions that are advertised through JKS. Including ongoing focus on new networks, portals and trends. 
Your tasks:

Search for potential candidates in relevant databases
Telephone and written contact with candidates, customers and colleagues
Creation and announcement of recruitment tasks
Participation in internal recruitment meetings
Telephone screening of candidates and candidate interviews
Administrative tasks

Your work tasks are adapted to your education and skills.
About you:
We imagine that you are in the process of further education at bachelor's or master's level. Your field of study is not crucial, however the most important thing is that you have a great interest in HR and recruitment - and preferably experience with customer management and/or service. 
You think and work independently, but you thrive on ongoing coordination and collaboration with your team. You have a feel for possible approaches to task solutions. 
Our customers recognize and reward us for our extraordinary efforts, so you must be solution-oriented and proactive by nature. The most important thing is that you work in a structured way and are good at planning your working hours effectively.

We offer
Internship course which extends over a period of 4-6 months with continuous start-up depending on your study. As an intern, you will be on an equal footing with other consultants in the team. As a starting point, the internship will be a full-time position (37 hours), but of course your final project and exams that will come during the period will be taken into account. We expect start-up at the beginning of 2025 by agreement.

There must be an internship agreement with your educational institution, and your primary place of work will be at our office in Randers.
