Procurement Lead

Procurement Lead (3311) Our market-leading manufacturing partner is constantly expanding and offers an excellent career-building opportunity in the following position: Duties Management, professional support and development of the procurement team (currently 1 subordinate, may be expanded in the future), Carrying out and supervising the direct and indirect procurement activities of the company, Searching for new suppliers and evaluating the performance of existing partners and renegotiating contract terms, Developing cost reduction strategies and implementation, Optimizing procurement processes and ensuring effective resource management, Negotiating procurement contracts and condition agreements in order to achieve the most favorable conditions, Cooperation with finance and production departments, and administration in the company management system. Expectations 1-2 years of purchasing experience at a manufacturing company, advanced English or French language skills.
