Your responsibilities encompass:

Target cost calculation

Prepare target cost calculation as needed

Provide all target cost calculations to sales for price negotiations

Maićntain wage rates / hourly machine rates and overheads

Prepare hourly rates for target cost calculation

Determine hourly machine rates for new equipment

In-process and actual cost calculation

Prepare standardized actual cost calculations

Maintain reference parameters for actual cost calculation

Actual cost calculation analysis

Determine overhead rates for factory and G&A overheads and hourly machine rates for actual cost calculation

Compile results by recipient

Customized IT-based analyses

Inventory

Organize and conduct inventory under own direction

Enter and audit inventory ticket (only for manual counts)

Conduct plausibility checks regarding allocation

Record inventory results

Inventory valuations for tooling (monthly)

Inventory valuations for development projects (monthly)

Compile hourly and overhead rates for inventory

IT support / problem resolution

Conduct loss-free valuations

Meetings with external parties

Information to financial and government auditors

Compile data for cost breakdowns

Cost accounting

Perform cost center accounting

Prepare and audit cost center budgets

Perform cost unit accounting

Perform operating income accounting

Prepare and track capitalization and amortization

Forecasting

3-year projections

YTD projections

Discuss results within the Group

Qualifications and Requirements

Willingness to take over responsibility

Experience with ERP master data management

Knowledge of preparing various reports, statistics, presentations and decision making templates (technical and economic focus)

Good communication skills

Highly motivated with a proactive attitude

Excellent teamwork skills

Knowledge of SAP & MS Office

Willingness to travel for a training in Germany

Excellent organizational skills

Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1, other language skills would be an advantage

Strong technical understanding
