Union Drvo, founded in 1996 in Belgrade, started as a furniture wholesale company. By acquiring Tehnooprema Engineering in 2007, we expanded our portfolio to include complete kitchen and bar equipment, as well as a full range of small inventory for the hospitality industry. Since 2015, we have positioned ourselves on the domestic and international Ho.Re.Ca scene as a manufacturer of furniture for hospitality venues. At the Union Drvo production facility, we pride ourselves on a complete and rounded production process of "custom made" & "tailor made" furniture pieces designed for professional use in hospitality venues, finding their place in the interiors of modern, high-ranked domestic and international hotels and restaurants.
In addition to a Show Room in Belgrade, Union Drvo has been operating in Zagreb since 2022, with an exhibition space of 1000 m2 in the Family Mall Shopping Center in the center of Zagreb.
Job Description:
- Recording transactions and documenting all financial transactions;
- Monitoring and recording foreign currency operations;
- Tracking receivables and payables;
- Analyzing all relevant financial data, such as income, expenses, tax reliefs, assets, and liabilities, to be used in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements;
- Monitoring and applying accounting and tax rules;
- Participating in the preparation of financial statements;
- Participating in the audit process of financial statements;
- Participating in the submission of tax returns;
- Drafting contracts, resolutions, maintaining employee data such as personal information, employment details, managing documentation, tracking annual leaves, sick leaves, and similar;
- Other accounting tasks.
