Rail Modes of Transport Engineers

Qualifications BSc/MSc Engineers of all specialties with over 10 years general experience and at least 3 years' experience in supervision and/or construction of Rail Modes of Transport (Railway, Metro, Tram /LRT etc.) for employment in Greece and the Balkans. Experience in Managerial positions Fluency in Greek and English language both written and spoken Roles & Responsibilities Review the Contractor's plans, schedules and strategies. Prepares engineering reports Identify areas of improvement in procedures, implementing best industry practices. Ensure that comprehensive records are maintained and properly organized and archived by the Contractor for future reference and compliance purposes. Coordinate with the Contractor, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth integration and commissioning of all Rail Modes of Transport Systems. Identify potential risks and work on mitigation plans to minimize impact on project time schedule. Ensure all activities adhere to applicable laws, safety standards and regulations, minimizing risk to workers, passengers and the environment. Implement Quality Control measures to guarantee that the Rail Modes of Transport Systems meet the required standards and performance criteria. Address technical issues and challenges, collaborating with relevant teams to find effective solutions.
