Real Estate Leasing Manager (Retail Stores), leading multinational

Job Description Our Client is one of the largest retail companies in Europe with more than 25 years of history, a presence in 39 countries, and over 2.000 stores. For their exponentially growing operations in Greece, they are looking for a 'Real Estate Leasing Manager' based in Thessaloniki. Your Responsibilities: Identify properties that align with organizational standards. Conduct market and location analyses. Negotiate lease agreements. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, construction firms, and real estate agencies. Perform competitive analysis. Develop market studies and strategic presentations. Prepare comprehensive business plans, including market insights, location criteria, space configuration, and financial and legal considerations. Collaborate with the company's Technical and Legal Departments. Evaluate the technical aspects of potential sites. Communicate and coordinate with the relevant department at company headquarters. Your Profile: Strong academic background. Demonstrated experience of more than 3 years in the real estate industry in retail store leasing. Fluent in English Antal International
