Regional branch manager - Zadar County (m/f)

Arena Bet is looking for an experienced and ambitious Regional Betting Manager to take responsibility for the management and development of the business in the assigned area.

Job description:
• Operational management and supervision of branches in the region
• Monitoring and analyzing business results and implementing strategies to increase revenue
• Takes care of fulfillment and compliance with standards and guidelines in the region for which he/she is responsible
• Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of service quality
• Managing teams of employees, organizing work and ensuring a high standard of service
• Optimization of operational costs and improvement of business processes
• Recruitment, training and development of employees
• Responsibility for the expansion and strategic development of business through the opening of new branches and optimization of existing operations.
• Monitoring and analyzing the market in the region
• Cooperation with other regional managers
• Collaboration with other departments to improve the offer and customer experience
• Implementation of internal procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Preparation of annual analysis and adoption of necessary measures
• Directly responsible to the head of retail operations in Croatia, director and owner.
