Your profile:

At least 3 years of experience as a dispatcher for United States of America market

You have excellent knowledge of English language AND Spanish language is a huge plus (speaking and writing)

You have interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication

You are able to think logical and analytical 

You are able to negotiate

You are able to organize and prioritize

You have no problem with making decisions and problem solving

You are a team player 

You are ready to learn and improve yourself

Responsibilities:

Receive calls and record significant information

Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions

Book loads for company drivers and owner operators

Communicate daily with brokers about freight movement and delivery timetables 

Monitor drivers’ locations

Monitor drive & shift hours 

Monitor the route and status of drivers to coordinate and prioritize their schedule

Provide drivers with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements

Enter data in software

Provide documentation about service activities and provide regular updates 

Resolve logistical problems quickly

Build relationships with drivers 

Collaborate with other departments in the company
