You will oversee the process and status of repair parts for electron microscopes and ensure smooth coordination with our distributors, suppliers and internal departments. Part Return and Repair Process Management: Oversee the distributor part return and repair process and ensure timely and accurate processing._x000D_
Documentation and logistics: Coordination of collection and dispatch of returned parts, preparation of necessary documentation for complaints and repairs._x000D_
Supplier coordination: Monitoring the status of warranty repairs with suppliers, communicating prices and repair deadlines_x000D_
Internal Repair Oversight: Issuing work orders for internal repairs, tracking material returns and updating all records_x000D_
Receiving and data entry: Processing returned items after repair, managing the repair process in ERP and internal systems._x000D_
Interdepartmental Communication: Acting as an intermediary between departments, suppliers and distributors_x000D_
Handling of unrepairable products: Handling unrepairable parts in the system and overseeing physical disposal._x000D_
Data analysis: Regular reporting of process performance and analysis of return frequency to identify problems and recommend improvements._x000D_
Cooperation for improvement within the department and across the entire company_x000D_
How do we imagine you?_x000D_
Degree in a technical or related field or adequate experience_x000D_
Active knowledge of AJ at minimum B2 level for daily oral and written communication, another language welcome_x000D_
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative approach across departments and external partners_x000D_
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail_x000D_

Experience in logistics, supply chain or repair coordination_x000D_
Technical curiosity and the desire to delve into the technical specifics of the microscope_x000D_
Experience with ERP systems for inventory management_x000D_
