Implementing quality control measures to ensure product manufacturing standards. Guiding and motivating the team of industrial workers during the shift. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow and efficiency. For the Shift Supervisor position you need to have: A degree in Engineering (AEI,TEI). 2+ years of hands on experience in a manufacturing environment. A satisfactory level of English language proficiency. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Able to work in rotating shifts. Innovative thinking. Attention to detail. Project and time management skills.
