Job description:We are currently looking for a Site Construction Supervisor - Civil to join our Grid & Digital Solutions department of the M Power Projects division. Your role will encompass: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors. Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Review and interpret construction plans and drawings. Enforce site safety regulations and procedures. Conduct inspections and quality checks. Report progress and issues to project managers. What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 5+ years of experience in construction Experience in supervising and monitoring subcontractors Ability to travel Experience in industry/energy related prohects.. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
