We are currently looking for a Site Engineer to join our Construction team in Thessaloniki project. Your Role Will Encompass Supervise and monitor the day-to-day construction activities of PV projects. Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project workflows. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure the proper installation of PV systems and related components. Assist in preparing progress reports and provide updates to the project management team. Identify and resolve technical or operational issues as they arise during the construction phase. Maintain accurate documentation of construction processes and project records.What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly with PV projects, is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and standards related to PV systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus. Fluency in Greek and a good command of English is preferred.
