Conditions:

VII degree of professional education – Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, Faculty of Organizational Sciences or other related faculties

Minimum of five years of work in the same or similar jobs

Working on a computer (MS Office, Internet, Windows) - advanced level

English language - advanced level

Analyticity

Job Description:

It reviews the existing processes and documented information and works on creating new ones in cooperation with the process holders

Ensures that all documented information is updated, in accordance with the work process and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 standards

Makes suggestions for improvement of non-conformities resulting from internal and external checks

Participates in the mapping and improvement of business processes

Monitors the implementation of defined corrective measures and provides support in their implementation

Participates in planning and implementation of internal audits, as well as external audits and third-party checks

Communicates with certification houses

Conducts employee education on all aspects of the quality system and compliance with procedures

Plans measures to improve the quality management system

Assesses potential risks, ensures compliance with standards and makes recommendations for improvements
