CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN - COORDINATOR with NJ_x000D_
Workload:_x000D_
processing offers and their evaluation_x000D_
order processing and project coordination_x000D_
communication with suppliers and service providers_x000D_
processing, checking and approving invoices_x000D_
technical support of store managers_x000D_
communication with the head office in Germany, other departments and with relevant state administration authorities (approval - construction authority, etc.)_x000D_
Requirements:_x000D_
SÅ/VÅ technical education, ideally construction engineering_x000D_
relevant experience in a similar position_x000D_
communicative skills NJ_x000D_
flexibility, independence, excellent organizational and communication skills_x000D_
