We are currently looking for:
"Store Maintenance & Safety Specialist
»
Your daily life:
You check, repair and monitor the maintenance of the store's electrical, mechanical and building equipment in collaboration with external workshops, ensuring the smooth operation and excellent condition of the facilities.
You ensure the proper operation of the fire protection and security systems of the building and facilities.
You ensure the readiness and proper operation of all electromechanical installations of the store (elevators, air conditioning, generator, UPS, alarm, etc.)
You coordinate and manage all issues of technical crisis and immediate intervention in case of any problem related to business interruption.
You are responsible for the way and management of opening and closing the store.
You coordinate all aspects of building, people and infrastructure security as well as shelf and product security in the sales and warehouse areas.
You coordinate security technicians and contribute to security training of all staff.
You contribute to the "life of the store", such as working groups and commercial actions.
It will be the perfect combination if you have:
Graduated from AEI/TEI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
(
mandatory)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in the installation or operation of substations, generators, fire fighting pumping stations and the operation of corresponding buildings and structures (desirable)
Hands-on mentality and communication skills
Good command of English
Good computer knowledge and contact with new technologies
