Professional associate for tenders
, who will join our team and work on the preparation and implementation of tender offers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Analysis of tenders and tender documentation in accordance with legal regulations.

Creation of complete tender offers, including technical and commercial documentation

Monitoring of public calls, advertisements and opportunities to participate in tenders.

Active communication and coordination with all sectors within the company in order to collect the necessary information and data.

Keeping records of all active and completed tenders, including reports and analyses.

Harmonization of documentation with valid legal regulations.

Communication with contracting authorities and monitoring of all stages of the tender, from the application to the realization of the contract.

Continuous improvement of the process of creating offers and market analysis in order to ensure competitiveness.

Requirements for applicants:

Preferably completed higher or higher professional education (economics, law, technical or other related faculty).

Minimum of 1 year of work experience in jobs related to tenders or public procurement.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Knowledge of relevant legal regulations in the field of public procurement and tenders.

Proactivity, punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.

Good computer skills (MS Office).
