From January 2025, the location will move to Balotești. Responsibilities: Coordination of Production Teams: Monitors the daily activity of teams of workers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Organizes work flow and manages tasks effectively. Mentoring and Team Development: Encourages professional development of team members, identifies training needs and coordinates training sessions. Provides constructive feedback and supports performance improvement. Mediation and Conflict Resolution: Mediates conflicts internal and promotes a collaborative work environment.
