British American Tobacco Serbia has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator in Belgrade

 
The Supply Chain Coordinator will play an important role in the continuous development and optimization of our logistics processes. This position involves coordinating and executing essential logistics tasks and performing detailed analytics to enhance the efficiency of our supply chain.

Your key responsibilities will include
:

Provide regular Daily Sales & Stock report  and Prepare import plan for each SOP cycle due to proper CF planning

Work closely with customs broker and suppliers to coordinate and facilitate customs clearance process

Monitor and optimize stocks in bonded/non bonded warehouse in accordance with sales trends

Prepare key performance indicators in the supply chain on a daily and monthly basis and create reports and monitoring product quality standards

Ensure delivery of an optimal end to end supply plan considering cost and service level

What are we looking for?

Education: University degree

At least 3 years of working experience in the field of logistics and supply chain processes

Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving challenges and leveraging data to drive insights

Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and knowledge of SAP

Proficiency in English
