Tasks / Feladatok
Managing, tracking and controlling of the E/E system level development, including requirement handling, integration and test (both on system level and in vehicle)
Transparent planning, reporting of system level activities and priority setting for the supervisor, customer and subordinates
Planning and the tracking the system related resources
Technical coordination of international, interdisciplinary project teams
Creating and maintaining efficient and smooth communication channels both internally (project team and stakeholders) and externally (customers and suppliers)
Apply project management tools like quality management, change management, risk management to ensure project success
Representing System level processes on audits and assessments
Requirements / Elvárások
BSc/MSc in electrical or mechanical engineering, or comparable
Professional experience in development of complex mechatronic systems
Knowledge of automobile systems
Experience in automotive field
Good technical skills and motivation to solve technical challenges
Good organization, communication and presentation skills
Willingness to take responsibility
Willingness to travel
Fluent level English
Flexibility
