to fill a corresponding position
in the existing customer management department.
Responsibilities of Candidates
Participation in the organization, coordination and monitoring of the team.
Assess team members and identify training needs.
Monitoring & motivating the team's work in order to achieve the agreed targets based on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Necessary qualifications
Necessary experience in a similar position in the field of telecommunications.
Ability to achieve goals under pressure.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Dynamic personality with critical thinking.
Administrative skills (organization, planning, monitoring, control)
Basic knowledge of CRM
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel)
Excellent knowledge of Greek & basic knowledge of English
