Your tasks
Leading a team of approx. 10-15 people
Active support from customer advisors in production
Participation in calls with the client
organizational tasks such as attendance checks, vacation requests, sick notes, reports for the client, etc.
Target-oriented control in the service area - focus on telecommunications
Continuous support and development of agents through coaching and training
Optimizing workflows and processes in collaboration with project management
Ensuring quality goals and the specified success rates
Your profile
first leadership experiences
Previous experience in a call center, ideally in the tourism industry
very good knowledge of spoken and written German
Confident use of PC applications (e.g. MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Willingness to work shifts
Service and customer-oriented way of thinking and acting
Passion for customer communication and joy in building teams
High level of self-motivation and enjoyment of teamwork
