This family business dedicated to the production and marketing of citrus is looking for a dedicated Production Technician to join the team in monitoring and controlling production. This position will be held in the following areas: Algoz, Portimão and Ferreira do Alentejo. Duties: 1 Monitoring and Control of Pests and Diseases: Support the team in creating procedures and making decisions for pest intervention. 2 Quality Control and Orchard Monitoring: Implement control systems to guarantee plant health and fruit quality. 3 Innovation and Development: Research and implement new technologies and methods to increase productivity. 4 Certifications: Ensure compliance with Global GAP, PRODI and IGP Citrinos do Algarve standards. Qualifications: Knowledge in Agronomy and Citrus; Degree in Agronomy; Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively; Excellent organization and ability to systematize procedures; Good communication to interact with the team.
