Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and highly qualified Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. Your mission will be to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities, always guaranteeing maximum productivity and quality of our products. Main responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment, ensuring maximum system performance. Diagnosis and solution of faults with a focus on optimizing production. Implementation of continuous improvements in maintenance and production processes. Strict compliance with occupational safety and hygiene standards, promoting a safe environment. Support operational excellence, minimizing unscheduled downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction. What are we looking for in you? Training at 12th grade level or Professional Technical Course in Mechatronics (or related areas). Good computer skills. Training for working at heights, confined spaces and ATEX environments. Focus on continuous improvement and a proactive attitude in all tasks. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Availability to work rotating shifts and rotating days off (6am to 2pm and 10pm to 6am, with monthly rotation), ensuring continuity of operations. We offer: Direct contract with the client company.
